Experimental Prep
There are a few policies on getting your equipment:
(a) Request from the Lab Staff - please use the equipment request form.
(b) Buy the parts on your own - You have to provide your own equipment if the lab does not have it.
(c) Online articles that need a credit card to purchase - please email me the link
(d) Very specialized equipment that you have requested during the consultation in November the year before.

Lab equipment requisition form
+ Remind the students to make sure that they submit the lab equipmennt request form as soon as possible to the Lab staff before the next lesson.
+ Students are supposed to key in and record the required item(s) in the form and other small items that the Laboratory may have.

Please note that there are 3 types of equipment that you can ask for:

(a) Through this form for items listed here

(b) For items not listed in the form above, which includes dangerous chemicals which the lab may have. However, if the items are not available you will have to get it on your own WITHOUT FUNDING.

(c) For items that include plant samples and materials not found in the lab, you will have to buy it on your own. NO FUNDING will be provided. You should, however, not spend more than $30 per group of 3 students. For items that are not on the list but can be found in a supermarket, you have to buy on your own. If you still have problems, please approach Mr. Tan Hoe Teck for help.

+ Dismiss the students from the labs.
